1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between PesiarBet and every person who visits, registers with or uses the PesiarBet platform. References to “you”, “your” or “player” mean the registered individual. References to “we”, “our” or “the platform” mean PesiarBet.

Your continued use of PesiarBet constitutes acceptance of these terms, the applicable game rules, promotion-specific conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling provisions. If separate promotion or game rules conflict with these general terms, the more specific provision will apply to the relevant activity unless stated otherwise.

2 Definitions

For these terms, an “account” is the personal profile created to access PesiarBet. A “bet” or “wager” is an instruction accepted by the platform on a sporting event, casino game or other available market. “Bonus funds” are promotional credits governed by separate wagering conditions. “Withdrawable balance” means funds eligible for withdrawal after applicable checks and conditions have been met.

“Payment method” includes approved Malaysian banking and e-wallet channels, such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong and RHB, where available. The appearance of a method does not guarantee permanent availability or a fixed processing time.

3 Account Eligibility and Registration

You may register with PesiarBet only if you are at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to enter into this agreement and are permitted to use online betting services from your location. PesiarBet may request proof of age, identity, residential address, source of funds or payment ownership at registration or at any later stage.

• You must provide complete, accurate and current registration details.
• You may create and operate only one PesiarBet account.
• You must register for yourself and not on behalf of another person.
• You must not permit a minor or excluded person to access your account.
• You must promptly update details that are no longer correct.

PesiarBet may reject an application or restrict an account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any attempt to avoid age, identity or location checks may lead to suspension and review of related transactions.

4 Account Security and Player Duties

You are responsible for keeping your PesiarBet username, password, device access and security credentials confidential. You must use a strong password, sign out on shared devices and notify PesiarBet promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. Activity completed through valid account credentials may be treated as authorised until PesiarBet receives notice of a security concern.

Accounts must not be sold, transferred, shared or used as a payment service for another person. PesiarBet may temporarily restrict access while investigating unusual login patterns, suspected credential compromise or conflicting account information.

5 Deposits, Balances and Payment Methods

Deposits must come from a legitimate payment source owned or lawfully controlled by the registered player. PesiarBet may support MYR deposits through selected e-wallet, DuitNow, FPX and bank channels. Minimum and maximum values, fees and processing estimates will be shown through the relevant transaction interface where applicable.

PesiarBet is not a bank, and account balances do not earn interest. You must not use the platform to transfer funds without genuine betting activity, conceal the source of money or process payments for another person. Reversed deposits, chargebacks and disputed transactions may result in balance adjustments, restrictions or recovery of associated costs.

6 Sports Betting, Casino Play and Settlement

A wager becomes valid when it is accepted and recorded by PesiarBet. You are responsible for checking the selected event, market, odds, stake and potential return before confirming a bet. Once accepted, a wager cannot normally be changed or cancelled at the player's request.

Sports wagers, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL and UFC markets, are settled using the official result or a reliable event data source selected by PesiarBet. Market-specific rules may determine how postponements, abandoned events, dead heats, player withdrawals or obvious result corrections are handled.

Casino outcomes are determined under the applicable game rules and technical systems. If an obvious pricing error, display fault, duplicate transaction or system malfunction occurs, PesiarBet may void or correct affected wagers to restore the position that would reasonably have applied without the error. Malfunction voids affected play and does not create a right to incorrectly displayed winnings.

7 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Rules

PesiarBet promotions may have separate eligibility criteria, minimum deposits, wagering requirements, maximum bets, game contribution rates, expiry periods and maximum cash-out limits. By accepting a bonus, you also accept the conditions displayed for that promotion.

A 10x wagering requirement means the relevant bonus or qualifying amount must be wagered ten times before associated winnings become withdrawable. For example, a RM100 bonus subject to 10x wagering generally requires RM1,000 in qualifying bets. Slots may contribute differently from baccarat, blackjack, roulette or sports markets.

PesiarBet may withhold or remove bonus funds where a player creates duplicate accounts, coordinates bets, uses prohibited strategies, exceeds a promotional maximum bet or otherwise attempts to obtain an unfair advantage. Real-money funds and bonus balances may be treated differently, so players should review each offer before opting in.

8 Withdrawals and Verification

Withdrawal requests are subject to sufficient withdrawable balance, completed wagering requirements, account verification and fraud-prevention checks. PesiarBet may request identity documents, address evidence, proof of payment ownership or source-of-funds information before processing a request.

Where practical, PesiarBet may return funds through the same method used for the deposit. E-wallet transactions may be faster than FPX, DuitNow or standard bank transfers, but all time estimates remain subject to verification status, banking hours, provider availability and transaction review. PesiarBet does not guarantee that every withdrawal will be completed within a fixed period.

A withdrawal may be paused where details do not match, a third-party payment method was used, wagering activity requires review or applicable obligations require additional checks. Players should respond promptly and provide authentic, readable documents.

9 Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

PesiarBet requires honest and independent participation. You must not use the platform for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse, automated betting, technical exploitation, market manipulation or harassment. You must not interfere with the website, introduce harmful code, bypass security controls or obtain another player's information.

Prohibited activity includes, without limitation:

• Creating duplicate, false or misleading PesiarBet accounts.
• Coordinating opposite bets to manufacture promotional turnover.
• Using software or devices to gain an unauthorised advantage.
• Submitting altered, stolen or false verification documents.
• Using funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Threatening staff, payment partners or other players.

PesiarBet may investigate suspected breaches, restrict affected balances, void improper wagers and close accounts where evidence reasonably supports such action. Relevant information may be retained where required for fraud prevention or dispute handling.

10 Responsible Gambling and 21+ Requirement

PesiarBet is intended for entertainment by adults aged 21 and above. You should decide a time and spending limit before playing, avoid borrowing money to gamble and never chase losses. Betting outcomes are uncertain, and neither sports knowledge nor previous casino results guarantee future winnings.

PesiarBet may offer deposit controls, cooling-off options and self-exclusion. During an active self-exclusion period, you must not attempt to create another account or regain access through different details. Where gambling is causing stress, debt, secrecy or conflict, stop playing and seek support.

11 Suspension, Closure and Dormant Accounts

You may request closure of your PesiarBet account after outstanding wagers, verification matters and eligible withdrawals have been addressed. Closure does not remove obligations arising from earlier activity, including unresolved chargebacks or investigations.

PesiarBet may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, security risk, suspected unlawful conduct, failed verification, prolonged inactivity or responsible gambling reasons. Where appropriate, undisputed real-money balances will be handled after required checks. Bonus funds may expire or be removed in accordance with the relevant promotion rules.

12 Service Availability and Liability

PesiarBet aims to provide a stable service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, internet disruption, mobile network performance, third-party provider failures or events beyond reasonable control may affect availability. Players should not assume that a request was accepted unless it appears in the relevant PesiarBet account record.

To the extent permitted by applicable rules, PesiarBet is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss resulting from ordinary use of the platform, loss of connectivity, device failure or reliance on general information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits any mandatory consumer right.

13 Privacy and Personal Information

PesiarBet processes personal information to administer accounts, verify identity, secure transactions, provide support, prevent fraud and meet applicable obligations. Information may include registration details, account activity, device data, communications, payment records and verification documents.

14 Changes, Questions and Disputes

PesiarBet may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in services, payment methods, security practices, game rules or applicable requirements. Material revisions will take effect from the stated date. Continued use after an update means that you accept the revised terms.
